Paul Becker 10 group Founder & CEO, CEO of Art Month Sydney

Paul comes from a marketing background and is the founder and CEO of 10 group. He leads the strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive of the business whilst remaining hands on across many projects and clients. Paul is inspired by technology as an agent of change, tries to balance work and family life for both himself and his staff, and has become smitten by contemporary art. Geraldine Fitzgerald Senior Designer

Geraldine has been designing with 10 group for 16 years, having previously run her own design business. Geraldine has led 10 group’s design transition from print to iPad for a number of titles including Look – the monthly magazine of the Art Gallery Society of NSW and SAM, the University of Sydney’s alumni magazine. At home her creative pursuits continue unabated as she manages her talented family of five.

Remziye Sen-Moss Production Director & Account Manager

Remziye’s experience includes stints with Australia’s major publishers Fairfax and ACP. From a background as one of the country’s most experienced print production managers Remziye has extended her responsibilities to include digital production as well as Account Management. An inner-city parent of two, Rem has been with 10 group for over 12 years.

Jessica Porter Digital Manager

Jessica is 10 group’s guru for all things digital and IT. In an increasingly complex world Jessica understands the intersection of people and technology, which is where the magic happens as far as 10 group is concerned. With a Bachelor of Science (IT) degree behind her, Jessica is now working toward a Masters of Business in IT Management. Jess has been with 10 group for 5 years.

Georgia Sholl 10 group & Art Month Sydney Marketing Manager; Co-Editor of RAVEN

Georgia combines exceptional communication skills with creative intelligence and a passion for the visual arts. With strategic marketing responsibilities for Art Month Sydney and RAVEN contemporary amongst other brands, Georgia’s skills span a range of traditional and social media platforms. Georgia has worked with 10 group for over 4 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Film) UNSW and Bachelor of Art Theory from COFA (College of Fine Arts) UNSW.

Rebecca Gallo Account Manager for 10 group art books; RAVEN contributor

Rebecca is 10 group’s Account Manager for custom published art books and is also a writer and content contributor for RAVEN contemporary. She is a practicing artist and is mid-way through a Master of Art (Sculpture, Performance and Installation) at COFA. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor of Fine Art (Photography) from the National Art School.

Lisa Cowan Business Development Manager; Art Month Sydney Sponsorship Manager; Look Advertising Sales Manager

Lisa brings high-level experience in advertising, media and PR having worked with the very best in each of those fields. With responsibilities across all of 10 group’s visual arts brands, Lisa’s key roles include Advertising Sales Manager for the Art Gallery Society of NSW’s Look magazine and Corporate Sponsorship Manager for Art Month Sydney. Lisa embraces contemporary art with an enthusiasm reflective of her approach to life.

Catherine Benton Designer

Catherine’s experience spans the large design agency to the boutique studio, as well as her own design business. She has a postgraduate degree in design (UTS) and a particular affinity for the arts. Her background in identity design led the rebranding of both Art Month Sydney and RAVEN contemporary amongst other brands. Her passion for travel and the open road provides ongoing inspiration and satisfies her quest for adventure, most recently in Kalgoorlie, WA.

Dale Maxwell-Smith Account Manager
Dale brings poise, patience and a calm reassurance to all her roles. With responsibilities across 10 group’s visual arts brands, Dale brings account management skills to design, production and online for RAVEN contemporary. She also manages Art Month Sydney’s flagship Ambassador & Young Collector member program. Dale is soon to add a Master of Arts Administration at COFA (College of Fine Arts – UNSW) to her Bachelor of Visual Arts (Media Arts) from SCA (Sydney College of the Arts - University of Sydney). She is passionate about contemporary Indigenous art and travel.


Sebastian Goldspink Creative Producer for Art Month Sydney; Co-editor of RAVEN

Sebastian is one of Sydney’s most prodigious creative talents providing a rare combination of ingenuity and event production experience based on many years at the heart of Sydney’s contemporary art scene. His background includes Biennale of Sydney and Museum of Contemporary Art and he is also the director and founder of Alaska Projects art space. When not working with 10 group, Sebastian finds time in his crowded program for a multitude of other contemporary art projects.

Helen Lalas Accounts; Financial & Business Planning

Helen’s background includes roles as Financial Controller, Business Manager and General Manager. She has worked with 10 group for over 5 years and brings experience across business management and accounting. Already holding a degree in Master of Business & Technology (UNSW), Helen is now studying for her Bachelor of Social Sciences, is a keen bushwalker and has a strong interest in antiques and the arts.

Hareen Johl 10 group Admin Coordinator; Production Coordinator - Look magazine

Hareen is our extremely capable office administrator, her quiet efficiency keeping 10 group running smoothly from behind the scenes. Initially an intern with us, Hareen has a background in business including a double degree in Business - Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of International Business (University of South Australia). She is interested in the application of the arts in business, and is in the final stages of a Master of Arts Administration at COFA (College of Fine Arts – UNSW).

Elizabeth Cocco 10 group Admin Coordinator

Elizabeth came to 10 group via her volunteer role with Art Month Sydney where her enthusiasm, intelligence and ability shone through. Her real world experience is backed up with a Bachelor of Visual Arts: Fine Art with Distinction from SCA (Sydney College of the Arts - University of Sydney) and a Master of Art in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths University, London.
