Paul Becker, Founder & Managing Director
Paul comes from a marketing background and is the founder and principal of 10 group. He provides the strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive for 10 group whilst remaining hands on in the day to day business. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) many moons ago, he fell into the printing and design businesses to which publishing was added around 11 years ago. Paul is inspired by technology as an agent of change, tries to balance work and family life for both himself and his staff, and is becoming increasingly bitten by the art bug. Remziye Sen-Moss, Production Director
Remziye’s work experience includes stints with the who’s who of publishing including Fairfax, ACP and Pol Publishing. She is one of the country’s most experienced print production managers, one of the few who still understands pre-press and colour management and was the first female apprentice at Fairfax. She is an inner-city parent of two and has been with 10 group for over 10 years.
Geraldine Fitzgerald, Senior Designer
Geraldine has been with 10 group for over 14 years, having previously run her own design business. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications, with honours. Geraldine designs Look magazine for the Art Gallery Society of NSW, Radius magazine for Sydney Medical School and is the tour de force behind Sydney Community College’s Of Course You Can branding. She loves textiles, being creative and wielding power tools. All of which comes in handy in a family of five not counting the chooks.
Jessica Porter, Account Manager and Manager, Digital
Jessica is the key contact for our education clients, tasked with the difficult job of balancing project management and deadlines with creative and strategic imperatives. She is also 10 group’s manager of all things digital and online, including our many websites – tasks that were inevitably bestowed on her given her Bachelor of Science (IT) degree. Jessica is a great communicator and a practicing artist in her spare time.
Georgia Sholl, Marketing Manager & Editor, Visual Arts
Georgia combines skills in written communication with a passion for the visual arts and a natural flair for marketing. She brings a keen intelligence and insight to her editorial, marketing and management responsibilities across all our visual arts brands. She is a published writer and reviewer as well as holding a Bachelor of Arts (Film) UNSW and Bachelor of Art Theory from COFA (College of Fine Arts) UNSW.
Edith Moss, artwhatson Account Manager and Art Month Sydney gallery liaison
Edith has worked in the visual arts sector for many years including stints at NAVA, Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation and the Biennale of Sydney. She is a graduate of COFA (College of Fine Arts), UNSW, gaining a Master of Art Administration with Distinction as well as having gained a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney. She is a regular on the gallery circuit - a perfect fit for her roles with artwhatson and Art Month Sydney.
Rebecca Gallo, Account Coordinator, Visual Arts
Rebecca looks after our visual arts clients – in design, production and online for artwhatson. She manages Look magazine’s advertising production process and is our point of contact for 10 group’s custom published art books. She is a practicing photographer and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography) from the National Art School.
Lisa Cowan, Ad Sales Manager, Look magazine; Sponsorship Manager, Art Month Sydney
Lisa joined our team in 2010 and is responsible for advertising sales for Look magazine. She brings her vast experience in advertising, media and PR having worked with the very best in each of those fields. This experience is also put to good use in her role as sponsorship manager for Art Month Sydney. As well as indulging her passion for the visual arts Lisa is enthusiastic about interior design and all things foodie.
Catherine Benton, Designer
Catherine’s experience spans the large design agency to the boutique studio, as well as her own design business. She has a postgraduate degree in design and a particular affinity for the arts making her a natural fit with 10 group. Her passion for travel and the open road provides inspiration and satisfies her quest for adventure.
Dale Maxwell-Smith, Admin Coordinator
Dale is currently our extremely capable office administrator / receptionist / ‘go to’ person, holding a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Media Arts) from Sydney College of the Arts (Sydney University) and will shortly complete her Masters of Arts Administration at COFA. She has directed theatre and film productions and has strong interests in indigenous art and travel.
Eliza Muldoon, Artistic Director, Art Month Sydney
Eliza is Art Month’s inaugural Artistic Director. An awarded lecturer at the University of New South Wales’ College of Fine Arts (COFA) and co- founder of the Arts Interview website, Eliza is responsible for developing and implementing the curatorial and artistic program which forms the basis of Art Month Sydney 2012. Eliza also teaches at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) and is a respected arts writer and PhD candidate. She has a secret love of crafting, soon to be not so secret once her forthcoming book is published.
Sebastian Goldspink, Event Producer, Art Month Sydney
Sebastian is a man of many talents, not least of which is the ability to wrangle the multitude of events happening during Art Month. His background includes Biennale of Sydney and MCA, and he is a co-founder of Alaska Projects art space. With interests in fashion, art and unpopular culture, Sebastian is a regular fixture in the Sydney art scene.
Helen Lalas, Accounts
Helen freelances part time with 10 group, a good fit for both of us as her other clients are primarily based in the arts and auction industries. She is a keen bushwalker and has a strong interest in antiques and the arts.
Loren Jaffe, Graphic Designer
Loren brings an interior design background, strong illustration skills and technical excellence to our creative team. Her strong design sensibility has seen her responsible for branding projects and publications for a number of key clients including Sydney Law School, Marrickville Council and St John’s College. She is also experienced in running her own design business.
