Paul Becker 10 group Founder & CEO

Paul comes from a marketing background and is the founder and CEO of 10 group. He leads the strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive of the business whilst remaining hands on across many projects and clients. Paul is fascinated about the intersection of creativity and commerce – the creative economy - and is inspired by technology as an agent of change. Paul also acts as Publisher of Raven contemporary and CEO of Art Month Sydney.

Geraldine Fitzgerald

Geraldine is our most experienced designer having been with 10 group for 17 years. In that time she had created brand identities and led 10 group’s design transition from print to iPad for a number of key titles including Look – the monthly magazine of the Art Gallery Society of NSW and SAM, the University of Sydney’s alumni magazine. 

Remziye Sen-Moss

Rem is a senior figure within 10 group bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge in print and publishing, Remziye’s responsibilities span across all 10 group production as well as Account Management. Rem’s role has grown alongside the business, having been with 10 group for over 13 years. 

Jessica Garcia

Jessica is 10 group’s digital leader and part of the management team. Jessica understands the intersection of people and technology, which is where the magic happens as far as 10 group is concerned. Jess has been with 10 group for over 6 years and with a Bachelor of Science (IT) degree behind her, Jessica is now working toward a Masters of Business in IT Management. 


Helen Lalas

With a background including roles as Financial Controller, Business Manager and General Manager Helen brings experience across business management and accounting. Already holding a degree in Master of Business & Technology (UNSW), Helen is now studying for her Bachelor of Social Sciences. She has been with 10 group for over 6 years and is part of the management team. 


Georgia Sholl

Georgia brings strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills to her marketing role with 10 group. Georgia has a formal background across the arts and a passion for contemporary art in particular. She has worked with 10 group for over 5 years, is a member of the management team, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Film) UNSW and Bachelor of Art Theory from COFA, UNSW.

Rebecca Gallo

Rebecca is the editor of RAVEN contemporary. She is a practicing artist working across sculpture, installation, video and photography as well as a published writer. She is currently completing a Master of Art (Sculpture, Performance and Installation) at COFA, UNSW in addition to her Bachelor of Fine Art (Photography) from the National Art School. 

Lisa Cowan

Lisa brings high-level experience in advertising, media and PR having worked with the very best in each of those fields. With business development responsibilities across all 10 group brands, Lisa plays a key role across advertising, sponsorship and events and is part of the 10 group management team. Lisa embraces contemporary art with an enthusiasm reflective of her approach to life. 

Dale Maxwell-Smith
Holding key responsibilities across many of 10 group’s visual arts brands, Dale brings understanding and organisation to all her roles. She is Festival Coordinator for all Art Month Sydney activities as well as managing the flagship Ambassador & Young Collector member program and events. Dale is soon to add a Master of Arts Administration at COFA, UNSW to her Bachelor of Visual Arts (Media Arts) from Sydney College of the Arts (University of Sydney).


Elizabeth Cocco

Elizabeth’s role as Account Manager for RAVEN contemporary is a marriage of her personal skills and formal arts training.  She first came to 10 group’s attention through her volunteer role with Art Month Sydney where her enthusiasm, intelligence and ability shone through. Her real world experience is backed up with a Bachelor of Visual Arts: Fine Art with Distinction from Sydney College of the Arts (University of Sydney) and a Master of Art in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths University, London.

Sarah Weiner

Sarah first proved herself as an Art Month intern with 10 group and now holds important responsibilities across RAVEN contemporary as well as publishing and administration. Holding a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) UNSW and Bachelor of Art Theory from COFA, UNSW, Sarah has also had stints with Biennale of Sydney, Sculpture by the Sea and Sydney Film Festival.

Sebastian Goldspink

One of Sydney’s most prodigious creative talents, Sebastian works as Creative Consultant for 10 group across a range of arts projects as well as holding the position of RAVEN Editor at Large.
